We invite you to embark on a journey into our theme, Moving

Into Stillness: Trauma and Addiction Explored. Our exploration will allow us as a community of healers, seekers, and survivors to quiet our minds and leave behind the hectic energy of life in hopes of discovering a deeper and more compassionate understanding of

trauma, addiction, and the human condition. In the midst of our fast-moving world, stillness can feel counterintuitive. Yet it is within this stillness that we discover new ways of seeing, hearing, and understanding both ourselves and others. As we gather, may stillness be our teacher and soften our judgments. Let it open our hearts and expand our understanding of the relationship between trauma and addiction, and how the process of healing becomes possible. May our collective stillness deepen both our personal journeys and our professional callings, allowing us to more  ffectively serve those entrusted to our care.

Let us begin…

Breathwork for Step Work: Regulating the Nervous System and Embodying the Spiritual Principles of the 12 - Steps Recovery is an embodied process. We will explore the integration of breathwork practices with the transformative  framework of the 12-steps. Participants will learn how intentional breathing techniques can regulate the nervous system, increase emotional tolerance and

support deeper embodiment of spiritual  principles such as surrender,  cceptance, inventory, forgiveness and service. We will learn how breath-based regulation can reduce reactivity and support trauma-informed step work.
